Director & Principal Advisor
Romesha is a legally qualified professional admitted in New Zealand, Australia and South Africa, and a qualified company secretary (ACIS), with more than 20 years of experience across commercial advisory, governance, risk, contracts and compliance.
She has supported engineering, construction, manufacturing and infrastructure organisations, advising business owners, executives, project teams and boards on complex commercial and governance matters.
Her experience spans three jurisdictions and includes leading legal, governance, risk and compliance functions within large and operationally complex organisations. This gives her a practical understanding of the commercial pressures businesses face and the importance of balancing risk management with operational realities and business objectives.
Supported by postgraduate qualifications in law, governance and business, Romesha combines technical expertise with commercial pragmatism and a strong understanding of industrial and project-based environments.
Known for her collaborative and solutions-focused approach, she works closely with clients to deliver practical advice that strengthens governance, supports sound decision-making and contributes to successful commercial outcomes.
